I'm trying to get a square cut for my roof edges. I tried the 3 options in the Roof Element Properties but none of them are what I need. Is there any other way to get square cuts at my roofs edges? Or am I just missing something here?

I use Roof by extrusion and "Cut Plan Profile. You can use a combination (Footprint & Extrusion) and join them if required. Can you show a screenshot?

Could do with a sketch of what you are after... but you can also use a Host Sweep> Fascia or Gutter from the Modelling draw to create the edge you desire... you will have to create a Profile first of course. Justin www.revitup.co.za

Haha your right, how rude of me. So I went to my roofs Element Properties and under Construction you have the option to change the Rafter Cut -Plumb Cut/Two Cut Plumb/ or Two Cut Square. So I selected Two Cut Square. At first it wasn't what I wanted but then I looked under Rafter Cut and saw the options associated with the Rafter Cut- Fascia Depth. This becomes editable when you choose Two Cut - Square, so I messed with the Fascia Depth until my roof looked the way I wanted it to. I put the Fascia Depth to 1'-6". HTH Thanks again!
