Is it possible to have two reference tags referring to the same drawing? I have two chimneys and have a callout tag around one to the details of that chimney but want the same callout tag aroudn the other chimney referring to the same detail view. Is this possible?

Yes, Click on Callout and before you define the boundary click "Reference Other View" at the top. You then select the view out of the list.
