Here's an interesting one. I found that my view titles weren't moving when I resized the view. However, if you hover over the view title and hit tab until just the title itself is highlighted, then you can drag the view title anywhere you want! Simple as that!

At many user's request, including mine, 6.0 stopped moving the view title whenever the view extents changed. This was a major pain on sheets, everytime you added a reference plane you ended back up on a sheet fixing view titles. Now they stay PUT! I'm grateful!
It's rumored that in a future release, view titles will be the the initial thing selectable or at least that it will be easier still to select and move them.

the other major pain on sheets was the fact that the view title was always a certain distance from the bottom of your view. This was especialy troublesome when doing elevations or sections... you wanted your views to line up by level but if you had a note or annotation below the lowest level line, the view titles were not aligned with nearby elevations on the sheet...or if the view titles were aligned, the levels werent. Quite frustrating for perfectionists like me.
