I'm trying to create an offset parameter for the stick symbol of a beam (so that I can show a hi / lo beam condition). When I create a new family using a template I can easily see the model line I need - but when I went to the w-flange beam family to edit that, the model line was not visable. I turned on all the visability catagories and it's still not visable. Is it not possible to add this parameter to the "out of box" beam family or am I just missing something? Any help would be great
