I can get Revit make the pieces indiviually but they will not join together and i can't get the mullions to work correctly. Oh and to complicate things more the top plain is arched. Any suggestion? Please see attached jpg.

Use the Curtain System tool as opposed to the curtain wall tool. Then either create mcurseto get the faces you want and use the curtain system pick faces option, OR Do a curtain wall by lines and the top and bottom lines for each segment then use curtain system by lines... HTH.

which method did you use to achieve this? i used the massing tool and applied the curtain system to the mcurse however, the only way i was able to get the radiused grid line to work was making a separate mcursefor each mcurse the bad thing about that was that when i put mullions on it, it treated each piece of glcurseas an individual curtain wall, and my mullions didn't work properly.

Mr Spot: I'm also very interested in knowing how you created that Curved and Sloped curtain wall.... Please advise on how best to recreate this. Thanks! Rob

All i did was create mass to represent the form then used curtain system by faces for the angled walls and curtain system by lines (picked the top curved edge and the lower flat edge) for the arced/radius grids. HTH.
