I am trying to create two halves of a building in seperate RVT files and then link the two seperate files into one Master file. I am having trouble determining where I should locate the Master Column Grid. If I create my Master Column Grid in a seperate file and link it to each half of the building as well as the Master File (I will be creating my drawing sheets from this file) I am unable to adjust the column bubbles in the Master File. The problem is when I am at a small scale the column bubbles are on top of each other and I cannot move them to make them visable. I don't want to have multiple column grids for this buiding. Where would you recommend locating the Column Grids so that I can adjust the Column Bubbles in the Master File? PLease Help

I'd try this: Link your master file into both halves of the building. In the master file, have your master grid. Copy/Monitor your master grid into your "half" files. Link your half buildings into the master file, and then turn off grids in either the master file, or the half files (Probably the half files, that way you can manuever your grids as you need them in your master file.
