Has anyone found a way to get the keynotes in a legend view to appear in the keynote legend?  I've dropped the keynotes in as material and they show up on the sheet they just don't list in the keynote legends.  Any Ideas?

go to menu->settings->keynoting->  <choose how you want it numbered>

by keynote: Keynotes will be numbered as they are in your keynote file.

by sheet: keynotes will be numbered the order that they were placed on the sheet.  (this doesn't seem to work in Revit currently).

The keynoting works in all my views except for a legend I created.  Within that legend I was only able to note it as a keynote>material, (element and user wouldn't allow me the option).  The keynote shows up in the view but will not apear in the keynote legend.  I was able to get them to show up on my note sheet by adding the to another veiw in the set but I also sort the keynotes per sheet and have not found away to get them in the keynote schedule for that sheet which has the legend on it.

My new advice would be wait until tomorrow when the new build gets shipped, use 2009 and hope that they fixed that problem in the new build.  Otherwise, it is talking with tech support at Autodesk, because it doesn't sound like you are doing anything wrong... So it sounds like the program is messing up.  As to the last part that you said, I believe that is what I was trying to say about how the per sheet numbering is messed up, if you put a keynote onto a sheet, and that keynote was on another sheet as a different number, then it shows up blank in the legend.
