I am using 2008 Revit Architecture and want to use a Logo for a company on an object, such as window or screen. Any idea how I can it to show up in my renderings? It shows up in 2D sections but not in any 3D screens. I would appreciate any help from anyone who can.

I imported a 2d line dwg into a family and it showed 3d in my views.  Had to place it so that it was in front of an objects surface.

I saw where it will disappear behind and object and so I corrected that, but I think I am getting something wrong on adding it to a family. Can you help?

Your original post said you wanted to put a 2d object in but you did not say you had a jpeg image.

Now that we know that - read your help on how to put a "decal" in your poject......

That will do what you want.

Decal...Funny how they change a lot of wording in this program. Thanks...I'm looking into that. Sorry for not letting anyone know it was a JPEG file. Forgive me! ! !
