I'm looking for a twin height brick model pattern. 240mm long x 160mm high.

Just edit another pattern, these are just a text file. You should be able to dowload one of the model brick patterns here and be able to identify the different x & y dimensions in that. Then just change those, save the file to a new name and load it. It's very easy to do so taling the time to learn it now will pay good dividends later.
