I have created a plan and have a blowup of some parts. so I tried to use the Detail markers provided by revit. the lines around the area are too light. is there a way to change the lineweights of these?

Double check that you dont have the thin/ thick line button toggeled to thin. In my experience the callouts are thick enough, but if not you can change them under the object styles. HTH Nick
