I work at a lighting design firm and am learning to use Revit MEP 2008. I've figured out how to create shared parameters for lighting fixtures so that I can create a lighting fixture schedule. The problem is that when I create a schedule with the columns (shared parameters) that I want to include, the columns all display, but some of them are not populated with data, they only show the column heading. I've tried reloading the families, closing the project file and reopening, choosing "refresh" from the View menu, all to no avail. All the shared parameters in the schedule are from the same shared parameter file. Any ideas on what the problem is? Thanks for your help.

Have these same shared parameters been set up in the lighting families? Shared parameters are just (variables) and your schedule has pointers that look for the information in the family.... so the parameter has to be there.
