All,

I am trying to make a template from an existing project.  I have srubbed out everything I don't want in the template file and have removed all of the worksets and when I try and save a template it tells me I cannot because worksharing is enabled.  Is there a way to work around this to make my template?

Sure ... open the file with detach from central picked.  Worksets should no longer be enabled.

You could open a new file side by side with this one and transfer the project standards.  Won't get you everthing.

In the thread above, the dates are jumping back and forth between 2007 and 2006, so I don't know which version you're using, but --

Has this problem been solved in Revit Architecture 2009?  Or has a work-around been created?  The help would be mucho appreciated!

No, I am having the same issue in 2009.  Is there a workaround?  I have a project with worksharing enabled, and it wont let me save it as a template.
