i have done a project in revit and finished it now i am doing working drawing now i have composed in A1 sheets for final presentation but would like to take prints in A3 size in parts and stick it for rough work which will cost cheaper for me like in autocad where we can take prints by defining windows i am using revit 2008 :-).Please help me!!!!!!!!!!

One way to print a portion of a sheet is to Zoom to the are you want to print and use "Visible Portion of current window" button in the Print Range section of the print dialog. As always you can set up print layouts for different paper sizes.

Depending on the size of the project, I try to put my drawings on 22" x 34" paper. I then print the drawings on 11" X 17", paper by zooming to 50% (most office printers will print 11" X 17" . I have drawings that are 1/2 scale for reviewing and site measuring.The final set is zoomed to 100% and ploted on 22" X 34".
