Hi i have a query and the only real way to explain is to attach a jpeg, my file is too big to attach and i have noticed some other attachments are done by jpegs, can someone explain as to how to do this please.

In Revit, go the view where you want to save as JPG; then go to File > Export > Image..Select the location where you want to save it..(properly you may want to click on portion of current window as to save a portion of view as you zoom in) then click OK..
After that, just attach your JPG file here in Revitcity...
