Well the warnings had a lot to do with it. But, after I cleared those out and it was still causing issues, I tried it on another machine in the office and it worked fine. Then, I somehow remembered to check the build on the program. Then it worked. So it was a combination adn this was merely the last step in fixing the issue. The gbXML warnings are something to avoid. If you need to export gbXML, just save a copy file for exporting. Rather than getting all your Revit warnings in your working project file.
