Revit Architecture 2008

i don't know if anyone has encountered this problem before, but my underlay option in view property is giving me some trouble.  I have a three storey building.  On the 3rd floor plan, if i choose 2nd floor as my underlay, nothing show up.  (But if I choose Ground as my underlay, it works fine.  and 2nd floor shows up fine on Ground floor plan as well).  The problem just started today, and it is very inconvenient.  I even audit the file, but it's not helping.

Any help would be much appreciated.

It is not a bug ... you have some of your settings wrong. Look at your VP seetings for view range. You will note that you have your Primary range bottom set at the level below and probably offset up from that. Change this to the same level you are on (associated) and offset down from there. VOILA ... your underlay will now work.
