Hi, I am now 3 or 4 projects into Revit, and am loving it! I am however confused about my current situation. I have created a dormer, by making a new roof. I also created a wall to act as the, well, wall of the dormer. Here is the problem. On the screen everything looks fine. But, when i print out the elevation the wall finish (in this case Cedar Shingles) is showing through the roof. I tried fixing it by dragging the bottom of the wall to where the wall and roof meet. Again, everything looks fine on screen. When I printed it this time, the dormer wall finish didn't show through, but then the roof shingles didn't show up. What the H-E-Double Hockey Sticks!!! I kind of cheated in a way, because i didn't join the roofs together or anything like that. Anyway, if anyone has any ideas on how to get this fixed, I'm all ears! Thanks Tim

Nevrmind. I figured it out. I ended up cutting an opening into the roof. and everything showed up properly.
