Greeting all, I didn't see this in the forum, but if it is sorry for the dupication. I did a T.I. in a building about 6 months ago, and then the client decided to move out after 3 months. We now have a new tenant that would like to make some changes to that suite. The only problem is that I need to create another file with just the suite's completed phase as existing. I could go in and copy the entire file and delete and change the infomation manually, but that seems to be a lot of work for what I need to accomplish. Has anyone got a better way?? Michael
