Has anybody used this?

If so; What are the advantages/ disadvantages, is it worth it, and what is your general oppinion of the software, etc?

I've played around with a trail version Smart BIM library and it seems to be very useful.  It's worth looking into and I hear the new version is really nice.  There is a good review here:   http://goo.gl/fb/2gDwE

It gives a good overview.
