Hi all, I'm new to Revit Architecture, but am trying to build a 12' x 5' window, with a casement that is 48" tall and a fixed that is 8' tall. There will be a mullion for the fixed and another mullion for the casement at the 48" height. I figure out how to just build the fixed portion with the tutorial, but it doesn't get into building an operable portion. Any help is appreciated.

Hi there! What you are asking is a relatively complex question. Do you need the window to actually be able to open (in the Revit model) or just be shown in the open position (in plan)??? You're moving into the realms of reference planes, parameters, etc. Not sure how familiar or comfortable yuo are with these concepts? (as you say you're new to Revit) Regards, Ian
