hi, ive finished my plans on my project and wanted to have a look at my elevations as i wanted to add signs and text to my building, but the elevations look like sections why is this happening? is there a setting that i have missed or is this normal for revit 2008? thanks, kunal

Single click on the elevation triangle on your plan. That is the one aimed at the building. You should see the blue line showing where the elevation is "cut". Yours is probably into your building which creates a section/elevation. Click and drag the line back to whereever you want the elevation to start.
