Afternoon all,

I've been putting together a framing plan for a project I'm working on, and I need some help. The home I'm working on has 2 stories and a basement. I've modeled in the beams and beam systems to hold up the first floor (between the basement and 1F). Because I modeled it in the 1F view, all of the 1F walls are visible in the drawing. I realize that I could turn off the walls if I wanted to, but I'd like to show the basement walls underneith instead of the 1F walls. I've got the underlay set to B1, but the lines are still to faint to see well. However, the beams arn't visible from the B1 view. See the attached drawings- the 3D image is to illustrate that the beams are modeled in the correct place, but I'd like to show them on the B1 plan instead of on the 1F plan. I'm using Revit 2008. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks a lot!

Have you considered creating a reflected ceiling plan instead of a floorplan for your framing plan?
