Revit should have a sweep that can be blended from start to finish. This would help with curved items in plan being able to slope upward and keep a flat top. If you cut a curved item with a flat reference plane, the top slopes.

i think feature has been added to the up coming RAC 2009

A swept blend tool is in the beta and should be in 2009. But ADSK always has their disclaimer that just because its in the beta doesnt mean it will be in the general release... Nick
