InVision active Joined: Wed, May 24, 2006 15 Posts No Rating	I have the MEP model linked into my architectural model but every time I save to central it unloads the linked file and I have to reload it manually to get it back. What could be causing this?

mgr2820 active Joined: Sat, Sep 1, 2007 45 Posts	If your MEP file is a detached central file from a consultant- you need to open it as a detached file and save under a new name. Then use this file to link. Copied central files act like local files- always searching for the central. This seems to create an issue with linking. Detaching and renaming always works for me.
