Hello.

I am creating a stair details sheet and have a callout of the building section as a base for the larger scale stair section.

There are a few stringer connections etc that Revit modelled not to my satisfaction.

Can I not transform the model into detail lines so that some lines originating from the model may be later altered or erased?

Do I need to trace over the entire model just because a few of the model elements are showing incorrectly and then remove the underlaying model (!?)

Thanks.

You do not have to turn off the entire model, you can use your linework tool to make some of the model lines transparent and add detail lines as required.  Sometimes you will also find masking regions useful.
