Do you see wereit says align split trim offset, next those icons you have another set of icons it's the last one to the right, next to the joint icon.

You circled the icon area that I was talking about. You will see an icon to the far right that is grayed out. Next to the one with the square and the lines going through it. The one that is grayed out is the one I am talking about. It's used for attaching roofs. It will pop up and become active when you click on a roof.
