I'm trying to build a stucco mass that wraps around from the adjacent wall.  I was going to create a mass then do wall by face to achieve this.

But when I try and finish the mass, i get two error messages.

1. can't regenerate family mass 2.  Edit family to modify it.

2. mass contains no solid geometry.  Floor area faces, volume, and surface area, wont be computed.

At this point revit will not allow me to finish the mass so that I can attach wall by face.

Anyone have any suggestions or other ways of achieving this stucco mass?

Thanks!

Oh and also I wanted to know how I can attach the same wall by face to the underside and top of the mass.

Well I was able to recreate another mass by using a different work plane, so that part is solved.

But I'm still wondering if this is the best way to create this object.

Thanks!

here is a section of that stucco projection.

Revit will not allow me to cut geometry from the projection so that the overlapping part is flush with the vertical wall.  Any suggestions?

Also how would I attach a top and bottom to complete the stucco mass.

Thanks!
