We have 3 sided downspouts that cut into the veneer of the exterior wall. I made the downspout with a void in it to cut the wall but when I insert it the wall it doesn't cut the wall. I tried the cut geometry with no success. What am I doing wrong? Using version 9.1.

I would suggest using a hosted "Reveal" to cut the geometry out of the wall. You can do sweeps and reveals as vertical or horizontal.
