I have this poject where I'm going to make a circular stair from level 1 to level 2, but the level height is 6meter and I want the bearing pole 300mm.
I'm pulling my hair here...
how can I get this done

I think you have a tricky problem here, I previously having the same problem in 3 flight staircase..basically my workaround is by doing a very small offset of the boundary lines to avoid them of being overlap or intersect...In your case, spiral staircase, I think you might have a even bigger problem here..
I did try to do a workaround just now on your case based on the same basic as my case, it managed to go over but I think the efforts will be quite a lot if you want it to reach your upper level at 6m...(I feel that there should be a better workaround for this)
Besides that, you have to worry about your stringers at the center as they are too close to the post..(unless your are doing monolitic stairs, then properly you can get away with this problem).
Properly others have a better workaround..please do enlighten us.
