The model was started with the basement elevation at 0'-0". The architect now wants the basement elevation to read 113'-0". Can I move the entire model up and have the elevations automatically change or do I have to move each floors elevation individually?

You will need to first go to Tools-->Project Location/Orientation-->Relocate This Project then open an Elevation and Click a point and drag up or down the desired amount. This will relocate the entire project vertically. To make your level markers read this number; right click the symbol and go to Properties-->Edit/New. Change the Elevation Base parameter to "Shared". Apply and Close.

hi guys, I just relocated my project following Jameshgrimes recommendations, all works fine, just have to remember to have all spot elevations levels set on shared as well. My problem is a toposurface, i can't give it "shared co-ord.? can I, i can only physicaly move it down, but then all topo levels are not to a Land Survey or should I set up a toposurface as a separate file and link my model? cheers
