Does anyone know how to add PITCH to a curved or barrel vaulted roof?

I am attempting to add a curved and pitched roof to an amphitheater.

I am able to create a curved/barrel roof, however, there are no pitch tags or properties related to pitch.

Attached is my current design. Any ideas?
