Currently using RAC2008...

Anyone else experienced issues with openings (even doors & windows) in structural/foundation walls affecting quantities (area & volume) in your wall schedules?  Besides that... the "openings" don't seem to really create openings in my foundations (though I can get the door opening to cut the footing).

My work-around is to filter out non-bearing walls in my schedule... but that's only a half-remedy.  Still don't have true openings in my foundations.

Any insights?
