I'm working on a remodel project that uses keynotes.  We've been adding notes to the file as we go along, and since we're all working on different parts of the project at once, they're getting disorganized.  What I would like is to be able to do something like what's shown in the first picture.  The second picture shows how Revit organizes it.  Is there a way to get Revit to recognize and organize by categories?
