Im new to the Revit progam and am wondering how to, or if you can draw a pole building

Yea, it's entirely possible. I drew a pavillion and just used columns instead of walls. I had to manually draw the roof and floor sketch instead of using the Pick Walls, but I usually end up doing that anyway. I attached an image of the file I drew. Keep in mind that this building is very simple in design.
