...I'm trying to make this go from end to end and it keeps like overlapping. Any suggestions? Ive attached 2 pictures to show what it looks like.

Without knowing how you created the railing I don't think we can help. Are your panels actually post elements? Perhaps if you uploaded the railing, someone could help.
