I work for a small firm and we are all relatively new to Revit (1 year or so).  I'm looking for some additional training ideas to help us with some tough spots we've come across.  Mainly I am interested in learning how to better edit/create families, and help in creating presentations/rendering.  Anyone know of any good webcasts/tutorials or videos we can use as a office?  I'm looking to keep the cost to a min.  Free would be best.  Anyone who has used these types of training materials, please tell me if you felt that they were worthwhile.  Thanks.

As far as rendering for presentations goes, get 2009. Mental Ray = the sh**. For family creation we are using mep 2008 and 2009. All our content is compatible with 2009 we have over 2,000 manufacturer specific mep components (as you know there is a large gap in the content). The way I learned the family editor was jumping head 1st in. For those who time is of the essence i suggest dgcad or cadclips. also autodesk has all of their webcasts archived, you may also look into the autodesk atp.
