If you to go to Settings/Project Information Then Energy Data there is a list of drop down Building Types. There is not 'residential' or Single Family options? Is there a way to edit this list? There is only Multi-Family available and we mainly do single family. Please let me know. Thanks Lorne

While the single family building type isn't listed, you can use multi-family or dormitory to give close approximations for the internal gains, occupancy, temp control, etc. Dormitory is a little more stringent than the multi-family.

Oh, and I don't think there is a way to edit this under 2008. Perhaps 2009??
