Is there something I'm not understanding here.  This is the third time that this has happened to me, in the last month.  I believe that I have the latest release of Revit 9. 

I have tried to download, from this site, and have been denied again, just now.  I checked the version that the download was made from and it said "Revit Architecture 8".  Aren't I ahead of this release?

Why can't I download families here, that I think I should be able to download.

you should be able to download no matter what version. there must be some problem with the download process.

I thought I should be able to download families from the download section, but my machine refuses to open some of these files.  I believe these drawings are created in the previous version of Revit.  I don't know why I can't download and it's slowing my job down.

I tried the site help, but they suggest I try the forums, so here I am.
