Does anyone kow is there a limit to the size or complexity of a subregion?
I was creating some complex road regions and when I got to a certain point I couldn't finish the sketch. Whenever I pressed "Finish Sketch" nothing would happen (no error messages nothing).
But if I created the roads as two seperate subregions it worked fine.

I don't think there is any limit to the subregion size. However they seem to not behave correctly all the time. I have run across the same error and I just worked around it like you. I've had such bad experiences with subregions I have started going back to splitting the topo surface as it is more reliable.
