I am putting together a site plan currently for a project. And I am trying to figure out if there is anyway you can put a pattern on a "conc. plaza" that I am doing and still be able to get it to show up in 3D. I know you can use model lines but I don't believe it shows up in a rendering. Does anyone know if you can successfully add a pattern in a subregion?

did you try to make a pattern using "split surfaces" and then "paint" it a different color?

Yeah I am pretty sure I know what you mean on that, but how do you get a pattern in there so lets say I wanted some sort of cool cobblestone or something? Is there anything that I can do to throw that in there. I don't want lets say just a color but also a pattern of some sort. Is this only attainable by using model lines?
