You need to have the two projects open in the same sesion, locate the PAD form the backup, copy it, ctl+c. etc... Move in to your excisting project, navigate to the level("foundation", "roadlevel" and use the "Paste Alligned"-tool under Edit, select Current view. You can also choose to "Sellect Levels By Name" pick the most corresponding and then after sellect the PAD and ofset it into the correct position DonSean SK-Sharing Knowledge

..and the always do remember. The marked must be the pad not the topography so toggle on the tab to get the right one. And as this is a fix after loosing a PAD there is a further update. If the toppography have been changed the pad might not cut and it can not extend beyond a toppography. So make sure it is defined were to cut or you have to go back and remodel if there have been a split, or cut of the surface.
