I asked if you looked at VG .. you must not have. The surface patterns of walls is set to hidden. Turn them to visible ... done!

Yeah.... it's hidden in VG..... WWhub was right at the first time...

I had looked several times over and just completely overlooked that visibility toggle. My cube mate just did a facepalm when I told him the solution. See attached image for what we all look like at this point in time. Thanks so much to everyone!
