Burns DeLatte & McCoy, Inc. (BDMI) has provided quality engineering services to the architectural, commercial, industrial, and institutional community for fifty years.

The firm has been engaged in the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for widely diversified projects, such as low and high rise office buildings, educational facilities, health care facilities, industrial facilities, and central utility plants. Since 1962 a large percentage of BDMI’s work load has been devoted to significant and complex renovation projects. MEP construction costs range from several thousand dollars to over one hundred fifty million dollars.

In recent years, BDMI has expanded its available scope of services to include voice/data cabling distribution and design as well as detailed project MEP commissioning. BDMI has expanded in the realms of new LEED projects, as well as 3D AutoCAD (REVIT) and building information modeling (BIM).

BDMI has recently added many new clients, most notably, Valero Energy Corporation, Woodforest National Bank, NuStar Energy, and HESS Corporation.
