This fully parametric handicap accesible ramp with flared sides is based on a 1:12 slope for the ramp and 1:10 slope for the flared sides. Adjust the curb height and the ramp automatically calculates the depth and the width of the flares. The ramp width itself is expandable and the material is changeable. You can recalculate the slope ratios to meet your local codes. Enjoy! |

This is a simple concrete apron I made. Used for ADA access to sidewalks from the street and the like. Nothing special about it. I think it is parametric. I got tired of my void forms not working so i made this.
This is a face based family.

Curb with gutter has Length as an Instance parameter; gutter width, curb width, and curb depth as type parameters, so you can set your curb once and just change the lengths. It is just a straight segment of curb, set to a default revit material of concrete. Please let me know if there are any bugs. |
