Hi!

I think I've been trying for more than 2 hours and I can't figure out how to create this roof:

I've tried with lines defining slopes (which was the best option), then the arrows and the flash roof to use those extra options.

Can someome tell me how to create it?

Thanks a lot!!

Hi alc112, you are talking about something like this???.....only one observation, your roof plan doesn't "match" with the elevation below....

YEs that's what I try to do.

One roof is placed 60 cm  upper  than the other.

I created something similar using two different roofs and joining them.  See image.

I have a roof myself that has been giving me some difficulty.  This project has two bearing heights (9'-4" & 12'-0"Winking  I attached a pdf of the original plans of this house.

By the way I am using Revit '09

I am new to Revit and I am trying to teach myself.  I have beed using CAD for years.

Thanks for the help!!!

I could create it with 2 separate roofs and then I used join geometry.

I tried what Typhoon shows but that is not what I was looking for (Anyway, it's good to know)

Thanks for the help Typhoon.  I figured out how you did the roof so I am a lot closer.  The only problem is the front overhang isn't exactly correct.  I made a closeup of the overhang see attached.
