It would totally depend on the company, conditions and your tested skill level. You'd be surprised how many people tell me they have 2 or 3 years experience on Revit then when i see them in action they don't know much at all purely because they've only ever had to be involved in a limited part of the program, design options, phasing is and family creation is rather basic.
