If you want to see a good represenation of what you should be making check out this site... www.salary.com
It breaks down salaries by location...its alittle confusing when it comes to Architecture though since there are so many different levels of being an "Architect" but they give a brief description of each one and you can figure out which level best describes you.
You'd be suprised because in the Architecture field there are so many firms that are undercutting each other, and its easy to get stuck at a firm thinking you're doing better there then you could be someplace else. Its tough....just keep your options open and look around....it never hurts to send resume's out and go to interviews at other places just to see how much you could be worth to someone else!
