Hi DAMAREVIT,

 

You might have purged everthing. That happened to mine too.

I have working with Revit since 2007, everythinf was fine until a couple month ago, that I lost everything in my template.

I even unable to re-create my template from scratch.

If you got the answer, please share.

@DAMAREVIT Open your stairproperties. The click right of the "Run Type" row. You'll see a grey square with three dots in it.

Click on this square, this opens an new window showing the properties of your "Run Type".

The parameter you need to change is "Structural Depth" (see images attached)

Kim - you did not read all of the posts.  This user's initial post did not indicate he was using stair by component and I responded as if he were doing stair by sketch and my response for that was correct.  He was missing function because he was missing updates.  However, I guess I should have looked closer at the images he later posted to see that he was doing stair by component and in that case, the setting is in a different location as you have pointed to.  But this setting is ONLY for COMPONENT stairs
