It is not a free space issue. I am getting Square Meters per Meter error and have PLENTY of free space..

"

That "plenty" is only relative to the size of the project and the available space in the unit where you are trying to save the project.  You show some space, but you don't mention the size of the project and in which of those units you are saving the project.

the solution that worked for me is by matching the project standards from a good confition revit file.

after long time working with revit I realized that you don't have always to track the error you just have to reset the project or the view to the standard configurations and that eliminates any issues happend during the work process.

if the error related to a view so I match it with the defult view template and if its a bigger problem like this one I transfer the project standards from our office template or even the revit standard template and that fixes the error including this one.

if you don't want to reset it to template you can use a file which is in a healthy condition and transfer the project standards from it.

how to do it in revit:

1-open both the corrupted file and the frest file or template toghter in the same revit session.

2-from the corrupted project go to manage > transfer project standards

3-choose the fresh template from the drop menu on the top in case you have many files open.

4-select all the settings or some of them depends on your situation.

5-then try to save the file and it should not have the problem again.
