It sounds like you are using the parameter the user interacts with (User Control in my examples) to control the Y/N parameters. That is wrong. The User Control parameter only controls the Parameter Control parameter, which then controls your Y/N parameters.
If you can get your family attached to this thread, we could take a look at it directly.

Hi mhans,
Thanks for the link, I have captured the screen ok. When I choose the file and submit the tread the image doesn't attach. I would have expected an upload button after the file is choosen but there isn't one so I presumed the image attached automatically.
Thanks,
Peter

Hi Tkennedy,
Yes that is some thing I got working, I did it slightly differently though:
Y/N1 Choose Option < 2
Y/N2 Choose Option = 2
Y/N3 Choose Option > 2
Choose Option 1
( Choose Option 1 is the User Parameter)
This worked fine thanks to Klaus Munkholm, I wouldn't like to take the credit
Thanks,
Peter

Hi Tkennedy,
That's exactly where I was going wrong, I was using the User Control in the formula instead of the Control Parameter. It works perfectly well now.
Thanks,
Peter

Guys,
Once you are done here, can you re-post this thread with the Subject: Workarounds: Families with Multiple Options. (Or whatever title suits you.) Suggested format would be:
Problem: (This is your original problem.)
Workaround: (The final/best solution.)
I am campaining that all "Workarounds" will be easy to find. Tnx.

For now, please re-post them under Tips & Tricks. This will surely help compile all "Workarounds" in a touch of a search. Tnx.

Re image files not attaching
For me the web browser affected attaching images. Windows explorer works but Opera or Firefox, forget which, failed to attach. (a while ago at least)

Had the same problem with ends of hold down bolts. I used yes/No Parameter in logic statments. See Screen shot.
Thanks for the ideas.
